Anguilla Purchase Information. As with most islands, as an outsider, you must obtain an Alien Land Holding License from government. The process usually takes about three months.

TAX: Government stipulates 5% Transfer Tax and 12.5% Stamp Tax

USAGE RESTRICTIONS: Owners allowed 90 days per calendar year tax and rental free.  45 days high season, 45 days low season.  Each additional day is subject to special owners’ daily rental rate plus 10% accommodation tax.
